The assistant runs as a reusable front-end component integrated directly into the Testaankoop/Testachats platform, powered by secure APIs that handle data retrieval, recommendation logic and safety validation. This setup keeps the experience lightweight for members, easy to maintain for teams, and ready to scale across all Testaankoop/Testachats countries without duplicating code or infrastructure.
