Blossom, a corporate venture by Telenet, set out with a clear mission: remove the complexity of EV home charging, automate administration, and give both employees and employers full transparency and control.
As their end-to-end digital partner, we designed and built a scalable, two-sided platform that unifies onboarding, installation, charging insights, reimbursement flows, and energy intelligence, all inside one experience.

Managing home charging installations is administratively overwhelming.

Cheaper EVs sparked a chaotic boom in home charging. Blossom set out to bring order.
Existing market solutions were fragmented, technical, and not built for the B2B2C workflow employers require.
There was a clear opportunity to remove HR operational load, while offering employees a more intuitive, user-friendly charging experience.
To scale, Blossom needed a digital ecosystem that was flexible, composable, and iteration-friendly, allowing rapid evolution across energy intelligence, and fleet insights.
