Whether it’s a new fintech platform, a healthcare dashboard, or an internal tool for a scale-up, we help companies get from idea to impact, fast.

We're a tight-knit team of designers, developers, and strategists based in Ghent, working hybrid. You’ll spend 3 days a week at our cozy office near the city centre, and 2 days wherever you work best.

As a Business Developer, you’ll play a key role in helping us grow. You won’t just be selling “services”, you’ll be identifying real product needs and helping companies bring bold digital ideas to life. From first contact to closing, you'll drive the conversation.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll:

  • Identify and connect with potential clients who need top-notch digital product help.
  • Own the full business development cycle: from prospecting to closing and beyond.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of leads across industries (finance, health, mobility, etc.).
  • Work closely with our strategy and design teams to shape proposals that excite and convert.
  • Represent Nimble at events, meetups, and client presentations.
  • Continuously refine our sales process and spot new opportunities for growth.

This isn’t a “plug-and-play” sales job, we’re looking for someone curious, entrepreneurial and consultative. Someone who can understand what a company needs, even when they can’t yet describe it.

🧠 Who You Are

You are:

  • A strong communicator who thrives in consultative, trust-based sales.
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is a big plus).
  • Experienced in B2B sales, preferably in the digital or tech space (agency, SaaS, product studio, ...).
  • Comfortable owning your own process: from lead gen to closing.
  • Naturally curious about how businesses and digital products work.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Belgium (we’re hybrid, not fully remote).
  • Bonus: you already have a network in one of our key industries or markets.

  • What happens after I fill in the form?

    After you apply, our recruiter contacts you for a culture call to discuss your background, motivation, and the role. Next, you’ll have an in-depth interview with hiring managers about your skills and experience. Then, you complete and present a case assessment to show how you think and create value. You’ll meet the founders to discuss values and direction, followed by an informal chat with the team to sense the vibe and ensure mutual fit. If all aligns, you receive a clear offer and we move quickly to contract and onboarding.
