We’re a tight-knit team of designers, developers, and strategists based in Ghent. We work hybrid: three days at our cozy office near the city centre, two days wherever you work best.

We’re looking for a Product Manager who can bridge the gap between strategy, design, and technology. Someone who thrives in fast-paced cycles, keeps clients aligned, and leads multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality digital products that actually ship.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll lead the creation of digital products from idea to launch; balancing client needs, user insights, and technical feasibility.

You’ll:

  • Lead cross-functional teams of designers and engineers through short, high-intensity build cycles (typically 6–8 weeks).
  • Communicate with clients daily; keeping them aligned, informed, and inspired.
  • Work closely with client stakeholders and end-users to define goals, scope, and success metrics.
  • Own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and ensure delivery stays on track.
  • Guide workshops, pitches, and reviews; helping clients make clear product decisions.
  • Shape and refine our internal product toolkit to accelerate new projects.
  • Collaborate with the strategy team on new client opportunities and proposals.

🧠 Who You Are

You are a natural leader who loves to bring structure to creative chaos. You can translate complex requirements into clear actions, and you know how to motivate a team to ship great work.

You have:

  • Experience in product management or digital delivery, ideally in an agency, SaaS, or startup environment.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working directly with clients.
  • The ability to collaborate closely with designers and engineers.
  • A sharp, structured way of thinking and strong decision-making skills.
  • Fluency in Dutch and English.
  • Familiarity with tools such as:
    • Analytics: Segment, Google Analytics, or similar
    • Design & Prototyping: Figma, Framer, Invision, etc.
    • Project Management: GitHub, Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.

🛠 How You’ll Work

We move fast; from first sketch to MVP in weeks, not months. You’ll work in short, focused build cycles:

  • Kickoff with client & user interviews
  • Define scope and roadmap with your team
  • Guide daily stand-ups, sprints, and reviews
  • Test, iterate, and validate quickly with users
  • Deliver and hand off a working MVP

Every project is different, we don’t follow recipes. We adapt, experiment, and design our process around each challenge.

  • What happens after I fill in the form?

    After you apply, our recruiter contacts you for a culture call to discuss your background, motivation, and the role. Next, you’ll have an in-depth interview with hiring managers about your skills and experience. Then, you complete and present a case assessment to show how you think and create value. You’ll meet the founders to discuss values and direction, followed by an informal chat with the team to sense the vibe and ensure mutual fit. If all aligns, you receive a clear offer and we move quickly to contract and onboarding.
