The bigger the company, the harder it is to get your ideas to flow all the way to the top. Even though in pretty much every company there are little entrepreneurs just waiting to bloom, there's rarely a process in place to manage those intrapreneurs 😐
Especially when a company tries its hand with agile teams, which can spark even more entrepreneurship, those people need to be heard, and middle management shouldn't be afraid to keep pushing new ideas 😌
