There's this collective, subconscious desire for unanimity and conformity, which skews the decision-making process really badly. People tend to avoid controversy, alternative solutions disappear to the background, and individual creativity is lost π
The solution? Introduce a "Note And Vote"-system. It's not a perfect system, and you need a single decider in the room to make sure things keep moving forward, but it's fast.
